If you have to cancel your appointment, we respectfully ask you to let us know at least 72 hours in advance. For cancellations of appointments within 15 days, 50% of the full amount of the service will be charged. For cancellations of appointments within 72 hours, the full amount of the service will be charged. For demonstrable medical reasons, the change is allowed, but not the refund (within 72 hours).

Civil liability insurance is mandatory and is included in the price.

The change of driver is allowed without an extra €20 only if you buy directly from our website www.vilosquads.com

All reservations from other online pages do not allow a change of driver free of charge (€20).
